2. Death due to an accident - monthly annuity
In the event that death due to an accident covered by the policy takes place, the insurer shall pay the beneficiary a fixed monthly annuity for the amount and indemnity period set forth in the policy's schedule.
Should the beneficiary of the policy die before the expiry of the term in which they are to receive the monthly annuity of the death due to accident cover, the insurer shall pay said annuity to the beneficiaries designated by the policyholder until it has paid the entire period establised in the policy.
