6. Total permanent disability due to an accident - monthly annuity
In the event of total permanent disability as a consequence of an accident covered by the policy, the insurer shall pay the beneficiary a fixed monthly annuity for the amount and indemnity period established by the insured in the policy's schedule.
If the beneficiary of the annuity dies before the payment period is complete, under no condition shall the right be transferred to another beneficiary.
