7. Permanent disability due to traffic accident
By contracting this cover, the insurer shall indemnify the sum insured established for this cover in the policy's schedule, which shall be in addition to the established permanent disability due to an accident cover, if the insured is affected by total permanent disability as a consequence of a traffic accident.
In the event of partial permanent disability, and in order to determine the degree of disability and the corresponding indemnity percentage, the method set forth in section 5 shall be applied, which regulates the permanent disability due to an accident cover in the same article of the policy's general conditions. The percentage obtained shall be the same as that for the main cover. To calculate the indemnity the previously mentioned percentage shall be applied to the insured sum for this additional cover for permanent disability due to a traffic accident.
